Yoga Nidra Guided Relaxation

Yoga Nidra Guided Relaxation – Earth Water Air

If you’ve never practiced yoga nidra before WOW are you in for a treat today! If you’ve never even heard of Yoga Nidra before it’s a type of guided relaxation where you lie down and do nothing at all except let the relaxing words you’ll hear wash over you. Think of it as a yogic power nap! Sounds pretty awesome, right?

It is. This yoga nidra will help you to deeply rest and relax, calming your nervous system, reducing your stress levels and increasing your energy. It’s perfect for those days when you feel worn out, low energy or on any day at all just before bed for the deepest night’s sleep.

This yoga nidra incorporates the elements of earth for grounding, comfort security and stability, water for fluidity, the ability to embrace change and go with the flow, and air for spaciousness, ease, joy and to feel uplifted.

This yoga nidra guided relaxation is 20 minutes long. I recommend lying down somewhere comfortable – on your yoga mat or in bed and ensuring you are warm and comfortable enough to lie still for the duration of the practice.
