Hi, I’m Jen. I specialise in vegan, plant-based cooking and am passionate about creating feel-good feasts.
I’m an experienced retreat chef and have cooked on a lot of incredible yoga retreats as well as surf coaching weekends, swimming weeks and walking holidays.
I adore cooking hearty, vibrant, healthy meals where seasonal fruits and veggies are the stars of the show. I’m talking sumptuous, satisfying dishes that are packed with nutritious, energising ingredients.
I’m all about big, bold flavours and captivating, nourishing plates of food that are a pleasure to eat and leave you feeling fabulous afterwards too.

Being fabulously organised and efficient I’ll keep everything running smoothly in the kitchen. That means you can focus on all the other aspects of your retreat knowing that the food is taken care of and every meal will be a delicious delight.
I’m friendly, very smiley and easy-going. I love chatting through the menus, divulging how to make my favourite dishes and sharing my passion for healthy, plant-based cooking.
I put a lot of time, care and expertise into creating your menu, selecting the most beautiful ingredients and catering to the specific needs of your group. So that every meal makes your retreat even more memorable and enjoyable.
And I’m skilled at catering to dietary requirements and preferences, ensuring that all your guests feel looked after and can fully enjoy every nutritious, well-balanced meal.
I often serve meals buffet-style, with vibrant, plentiful sharing plates that will wow your guests and delight their taste buds.
I like a challenge and will happily cook up a storm with just a camping stove at a glamping retreat or set up a big brunch on the beach or bbq in the rain. (Yes, I’ve done all of these, and had so much fun!)

I love to create unique menus for every retreat, using the most gorgeous seasonal produce. But to give you an idea of my style of cooking here are a few sample menus.
Freshly baked banana bread with raspberry sauce, summer berries, coconut yoghurt and cacao granola.
Home-made sweet & smoky baked beans with tahini sauce, super-sauerkraut and sourdough baguette.
Cardamon spiced kheer with blueberry and rosewater compote.
Spanish tortilla with romesco sauce and microgreens salad.
Summer squash and mint soup, pasta salad with fresh pesto, rocket and roasted vegetables.
Almond butter and chocolate chip cookies.
Tofu banh mi sandwiches with carrot, lentil and lemongrass soup.
Mango & coconut flapjacks.
Vegetable pad thai, miso aubergine, cucumber salad with sesame dressing.
Raspberry raw brownies with chocolate ganache.
Beetroot curry, kale and chickpea curry, raita, basmati and wild rice salad, mango chutney.
Raw carrot cake with cashew frosting.
