Dive into the ultimate yoga retreat on the stunning south coast of Cornwall.
You’ll experience an unforgettable weekend…
Energising yoga, ocean dips, breathwork on the beach, coastal hikes and nourishing feasts.
You’ll refresh and recharge in breath-taking surroundings. And immerse yourself in revitalising activities and uplifting experiences.
*The retreat begins on Friday afternoon and the activities finish on Sunday afternoon. But if you’d like to enjoy the beautiful surroundings for longer you’re welcome to stay an additional night in your room/yurt (departing by 10am on Monday) at no extra charge.*
I couldn’t have dreamed of a more stunning retreat location. We’ll be staying on the south coast of Cornwall, down the road from hidden coves and secluded sandy beaches.
There’s crystal clear water to dive into. Or winding coastal paths to hike along and take in the jaw-dropping views. We’ll be off the beaten track, in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. You can look forward to exploring the secret spots few people know about.Â
And there’s nothing like a dip in the ocean or an hour sat on the warm sand watching the waves to help you completely switch off, reset and feel refreshed.
We’ll start each day with the most energising and empowering vinyasa flow yoga. These classes are dynamic and invigorating – leaving you glowing and revitalised. In the afternoon, you’ll experience a magical combination of yin, restorative and slow flow yoga. Complete with blissful guided relaxations. You’ll float out of these dreamy classes!
You’ll also get to do a special breathwork session in the most spectacular spot on the beach. I’ll guide you through simple but potent breath practices. These, combined with the epic ocean views and salty sea air, will leave you feeling unbelievably invigorated. This is a one-of-a-kind unforgettable experience.
The yoga classes will take place in our beautiful rustic barn space, outside in the meadow or on the beach.
Stay in gorgeous yurts. They’re the ultimate in luxury glamping. Each one contains a double bed and single futons. As well as flowers from the garden, beautiful bed spreads, cushions and colourful rugs.
The wood-burning stove in your yurt will keep you warm on cooler evenings.  Solar powered fairy lights add to the magical atmosphere. And the bathrooms with hot showers are a short stroll away.
There’s also a wonderful wood fired hot tub for you to relax in. It’s gorgeous in the evening when the stars are out, the candles are lit, and the fairy lights twinkle.Â
If you’re travelling on your own you can choose to stay in a shared yurt or book your own private yurt.
There are also 2 rooms available in the dreamily cosy and comfy Long Barn.
If you want to feel like you’re surrounded by nature, whilst being luxuriously comfy, this is the place for you.Â
Sunlight streams in through the huge windows all day and you have a gorgeous view of green meadows, apple trees and blue sky.
In the evening the barn is toasty warm (with underfloor heating). Strings of tiny golden lights twinkle on the wooden ceiling beams and tea lights glow from lanterns on every surface.
It’s the perfect place relax, slow down and recharge. Curl up on a comfy sofa to read or listening to your favourite podcast. Or sit at the big wooden table to write or draw.
And you’ll have your own kitchen so you can make your morning tea whilst looking out the window and listening to the birds. It’s such a tranquil way to start the day.
One room has an ensuite bathroom and can be set up as a twin or double. The other is a twin room with a bathroom next door.
You can book a room for 2, or your own private room.
Green juices, raw brownies, super food salads, beautiful blueberry smoothies, mango flapjacks and local, seasonal Cornish vegetables cooked on the bbq.
From your morning smoothie to your slice of raw vegan lemon and blueberry cheesecake after dinner you’ll nourish your body with the most delicious, healthy food to leave you feeling energised and radiant with health.
You’ll leave the retreat full of inspiration to create healthy and delicious dishes at home and with some brilliant recipes you’ll make again and again.
Our menu is based around plant based whole foods with plenty of gorgeous healthy treats.

“I honestly left feeling like a different person!!! Re-energised! “
Feel amazing after all the yoga, learning to breathe properly during the classes, wonderful food, location etc ensured the weekend was as relaxed as possible. Already feel more focused (enjoying the moment and just feeling grateful). I have taken so much away from Jen’s teaching and outlook on life. Not to mention some new friends and terrific recipes.

” I’m a happy yogi bunny after this weekend and I’ve made new friends for life.”
An incredible weekend. Every thought made it a wonderful retreat experience, from the location to the teaching, the food and all the little bits like the chakra balancing aromatherapy oils, eye pillows and inspiring readings. Jen’s personality is so naturally welcoming and her energy sublime, it set a natural tone for the weekend and I can personally say I felt truly at ease with myself the whole weekend. I feel really inspired to carry on with what I’ve achieved this weekend in yoga.

“I have learnt so much this weekend, not just the yoga but the lovely food and recipes too, I never knew eating healthily could be so delicious!”
The location was really special. It was so peaceful (apart from our constant laughter!) we felt completely relaxed and at ease to be ourselves without judgement. I also loved feeding the animals on the farm and was only disappointed I was not able to take Larry the sheep home!
Jen, your food was amazing. The way the day was split between yoga, free time and dining was perfect.
We had a wonderful time on Fowey shopping in the little boutique shops and went to a beautiful beach – you have to try the blackberry ice-cream at Talland Bay! I have recommended this retreat to all my friends and colleagues and will definitely be coming to another!

Her cooking is really impressive, everything was delicious and super satisfying, my skin and digestion are still reaping the benefits and I’ll definitely be trying some of the recipes at home!
