Take deep breaths of fresh sea air, slow down, relax and revitalise. Recharge your body and mind on your inspiring escape, staying in your unique yurt near Fowey, Cornwall (one of the most beautiful places on earth). Energise with uplifting yoga classes and delicious, nutritious food then unwind with guided relaxation sessions and beautiful coastal walks. Start looking forward to floating away under the stars in the wood fired hot tub and relaxing around the camp fire!

*The retreat begins on Friday afternoon and finishes on Sunday afternoon. If you would like to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and sea air a little longer you’re welcome to stay an additional night in your room/yurt (departing by 10am on Monday) at no extra charge.*


》2/3* nights accommodation in gorgeous Mongolian style yurts or cosy cottage-style rooms.

》5 yoga classes, taught by Jen, in our beautiful rustic barn space. Classes will be a mix of flowing vinyasa morning practices and slow flow, yin and restorative yoga in the early evening. Each session is carefully crafted to help you recharge, energise and feel your absolute best.

》2 delicious vegetarian dinners enjoyed outside at our candlelit table under strings of fairy lights and starry skies, or inside in our cute and cosy barn space. Plus 1 healthy afternoon tea to enjoy before departure on Sunday.

》2 beautiful brunches (think fresh berries, coconut yoghurt, granola, avocado toast, homemade banana bread and lots more nourishing, vegetarian dishes that look gorgeous and taste delicious).

》The opportunity to visit a stunning secluded bay, walk along the coastal path, swim in the crystal clear, bright blue waters or simply sit on the golden sand, read and relax.

》Yoga blocks, blankets, straps and eye pillows so you’ll be so comfortable and supported during your yoga practices.

》A wonderful wood fired hot tub to soak in.

》Tea, coffee, herbal teas and healthy snacks like energy balls, cookies and fresh fruit.

》Logs for your yurt’s wonderfully warming wood burning stove.

》Free time to relax, explore the local area, go stand up paddle boarding/kayaking, or take the foot ferry in to Fowey or read in a hammock!


Sleep under the stars

On our yoga retreat Cornwall you can stay in gorgeous Mongolian-style yurts or cosy cottage style rooms. The yurts are the ultimate in luxury camping and offer a unique back to nature experience. The wood-burning stove in the yurts will keep you warm on cooler evenings. Solar powered fairy lights add to the magical atmosphere.  Each yurt has its own fire pit. We’ll be cooking on an open fire and relaxing around it to enjoy the bright stars at night. What a wonderful adventure! 

The yurts contain a double bed and single futons as well as flowers from the garden, beautiful bed spreads and colourful rugs. The bathrooms are a short stroll away. 

In the converted barn space, along with a cosy living area, are two light and lovely rooms.  These can be shared between 2 or booked privately.


Taking the time for myself in such a beautiful, natural and welcoming environment has done wonders, I felt calmer and more at peace than ever. Jen really does put her heart and soul into planning the weekends perfectly, the sessions were wonderfully varied and tailored to the time of day and length of the weekend. Her cooking is really impressive, everything was dairy & gluten free and still managed to be delicious and super satisfying, my skin and digestion are still reaping the benefits and I'll definitely be trying some of the recipes at home! Overall, Jen is a wonderful instructor, she is patient, encouraging, has a lovely soothing voice and encourages a bit of a sense of humour! I had a fab, fab time and will seek her out for another retreat in the future.

Travelling independently? Perfect! Lots of guests opt to come on their own to our yoga retreats. You’ll have a fantastic time making new friends and taking some time for yourself.

Breathe Flow Glow

Your yoga classes will be a mix of vibrant vinyasa flow and deeply relaxing yin/restorative yoga. Morning classes will be fluid, dynamic and invigorating to leave you energised and glowing. The late afternoon classes will be slow, calming and rejuvenating. You’ll float out of these classes feeling so revitalised and relaxed.

The yoga classes will take place in our beautiful rustic barn space. Over the retreat there will be 5 yoga classes.

Classes are suitable for all levels from total beginners.

Nourish your body

Green juices, raw brownies, super food salads, beautiful blueberry smoothies, mango flapjacks and local, seasonal Cornish vegetables cooked on the bbq.

From your morning smoothie to your lavender & lemon verbena tea before bed you will nourish your body with the most delicious, healthy food to leave you feeling energised and radiant with health.

You’ll leave the retreat full of inspiration to create healthy and delicious dishes at home and with some brilliant recipes you’ll make again and again.

Our menu is based around plant based whole foods with plenty of gorgeous healthy treats. Are you gluten free/dairy free/vegan?  Wonderful – you will eat sensationally!



A few extra things you could do during our retreat weekend:

  • Walk along the coastal path, enjoying stunning views (we’ll provide you with maps, directions and suggestions of where to explore).
  • Hire a Kayak or SUP board and explore on water.
  • Take the ferry over to picturesque Fowey and wander through the cobbled lanes in and out of Cornish bakeries, tiny boutiques and art galleries.
  • Discover a hidden beach (we’ll tell you how to reach our favourite local bays and beautiful secluded beaches).
  • Relax in the wood fired hot tub, perfect during the day between classes or in the evening when the stars are out.
  • Chat around the open fire in our fire pit, sipping on herbal tea, cosy and content.
I couldn’t have wished for a more perfect few days… Sumptuous food (quite simply divine!), ‘magical’ digs, excellent teaching and wonderful company. ( Not to mention breathtaking coastal walks, icy dips (crazy! ), stunning hot-tub vistas over the rolling hills… I have come away feeling totally relaxed and very content. ~ Louise W.

1. Email us now to book! Tell us, if you’d prefer a yurt or room. You can include any questions you have about the retreat. Do this as soon as possible to make sure you get a place!

2. We’ll email you back answering all your questions and giving you even more exciting information about the retreat.

3. When you’re ready, and you know the retreat is perfect for you, you’ll reserve your place with a £150 deposit (or £250 for your own private room/yurt). The remaining balance will then be due 8 weeks before the retreat begins.

4. Now it’s time to get really excited about the retreat! Look out for further updates with packing lists, activity ideas and lots more as the retreat gets closer.

Your Journey

You are welcome to arrive any time after 4.30pm on Friday evening.  There will be a gentle evening yoga session to work out the travel kinks and start the relaxation process followed by a welcome dinner. 

Departure will be at 4.30pm on Sunday after a delicious afternoon tea.

You can fly direct to Newquay airport from many cities in the UK and Europe.

From Newquay airport it’s about a 50 minute transfer to the yoga retreat Cornwall. The cost of a taxi will be around £50.

We’ll send you over detailed directions when you book so you can find the yoga retreat Cornwall with ease. 

You can take a look at the map tab and click on ‘directions’ to give you an idea of your journey time.

The nearest train stations to the yoga retreat Cornwall are Bodmin Parkway and Liskeard. It’s about a 20 minute transfer from each of these stations. To plan your rail journey take a look at thetrainline.

If you are travelling from London to the yoga retreat Cornwall we recommend booking the 12.04pm train from London Paddington on Friday and the 5.32pm train back from Bodmin Parkway on the Sunday.
