Yoga

Breathe Flow Glow

You can look forward to four dreamy yoga classes over the weekend. I’ll be teaching a mix of uplifting vinyasa flow yoga and slower, soothing yin & restorative practices. You’ll float out of each class feeling invigorated and rejuvenated.

The yoga classes will take place in our beautiful rustic barn space or outside in the meadow.

Location

magical cornwall

I couldn’t have dreamed of a more stunning retreat location and I truly can’t wait for you to experience it. We’ll be staying on the south coast of Cornwall, down the road from hidden coves and secluded sandy beaches.

There’s crystal clear water to dive into. And winding coastal paths to hike along and take in the jaw-dropping views. We’ll be off the beaten track, in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty

And there’s nothing like a dip in the ocean to boost your endorphins and get you glowing.  Or an hour sat on the warm sand watching the waves to help you completely switch off, reset and feel refreshed.

The Yurts

Sleep under the stars

Stay in gorgeous yurts. They’re the ultimate in luxury glamping. Each one contains a double bed and single futons. As well as flowers from the garden, beautiful bed spreads, cushions and colourful rugs.

The wood-burning stove in your yurt will keep you warm on cooler evenings.  Solar powered fairy lights add to the magical atmosphere. And the bathrooms with hot showers are a short stroll away.

If you’re travelling on your own you can choose to stay in a shared yurt or book your own private yurt.

The shared yurt sleeps 3, but if you are travelling in a group of 4 and would like to stay in one yurt, you can book a yurt for 4.

The Long Barn

feel luxuriously comfortable…

There are also 3 rooms available in the dreamily cosy and comfy Long Barn. It’s the perfect place to relax, slow down and recharge.

One room has an ensuite bathroom and can be set up as a twin or double. There’s also a twin room with a bathroom next door.

You can book these rooms for 2, or as your own private room.

The final room has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 small beds), and a bathroom next door. This can be booked by a group of 3 or 4 to share.

Hot Tub

soak under the stars

There’s a wonderful wood fired hot tub for you to relax in. It’s gorgeous in the evening when the stars are out, the candles are lit, and the fairy lights twinkle.

Great atmosphere, wonderful food, yoga I could undertake at my own pace / level and of course Jen was delightful. I have even changed some bad habits since the weekend! In a word, wonderful.

“Had such a special and restorative weekend”

The food was fantastic and has inspired me to get creative again, the yoga was so great, so nice to have the time to work on poses and try new things, and all with the help of new friends 🙂 I feel inspired to practice more at home now, to work in a more meditative way. Jen’s energy was so radiant and welcoming, Shine is the perfect name for it!

“I honestly left feeling like a different person!!! Re-energised! “

Feel amazing after all the yoga, learning to breathe properly during the classes, wonderful food, location etc ensured the weekend was as relaxed as possible. Already feel more focused (enjoying the moment and just feeling grateful). I have taken so much away from Jen’s teaching and outlook on life. Not to mention some new friends and terrific recipes.

” I’m a happy yogi bunny after this weekend and I’ve made new friends for life.”

An incredible weekend. Every thought made it a wonderful retreat experience, from the location to the teaching, the food and all the little bits like the chakra balancing aromatherapy oils, eye pillows and inspiring readings. Jen’s personality is so naturally welcoming and her energy sublime, it set a natural tone for the weekend and I can personally say I felt truly at ease with myself the whole weekend. I feel really inspired to carry on with what I’ve achieved this weekend in yoga.

“The most wonderful weekend.”

An absolutely unforgettable experience practising yoga at the yurts. Jen was lovely and helpful and a brilliant host.

“I have learnt so much this weekend, not just the yoga but the lovely food and recipes too, I never knew eating healthily could be so delicious!”

The location was really special. It was so peaceful (apart from our constant laughter!) we felt completely relaxed and at ease to be ourselves without judgement. I also loved feeding the animals on the farm and was only disappointed I was not able to take Larry the sheep home!

Jen, your food was amazing. The way the day was split between yoga, free time and dining was perfect.

We had a wonderful time on Fowey shopping in the little boutique shops and went to a beautiful beach – you have to try the blackberry ice-cream at Talland Bay! I have recommended this retreat to all my friends and colleagues and will definitely be coming to another!

.

“Taking time for myself in such a beautiful, natural and welcoming environment has done wonders, I feel calmer and more at peace than ever.”

Jen really does put her heart and soul into planning the weekends perfectly, the sessions were wonderfully varied and tailored to the time of day and length of the weekend. Jen is a wonderful instructor, she is patient, encouraging, has a lovely soothing voice and encourages a bit of a sense of humour!

Her cooking is really impressive, everything was delicious and super satisfying, my skin and digestion are still reaping the benefits and I’ll definitely be trying some of the recipes at home!

I had a fab, fab time.
