These classes take place at the beautiful Lusty Glaze beach. Try to arrive with plenty of time to walk down the steps and set up before the class begins. Just bring your own yoga mat or a large beach towel.

Classes are 1 hour and suitable for all levels. There will be lots of different options so you can do just what feels good for you. The class is relaxed and fun and all about enjoying being outside beside the sea and taking time to relax, breathe deeply and energise.
