Classes will be a mix of flowing vinyasa morning practices and yin/restorative yoga after our long walks. Each session is carefully crafted to help you recharge, energise and feel your absolute best.
》4 wonderful walks of 5-8 miles with plenty of time to rest and enjoy the view.

Tranquil, comfortable, beautifully decorated and with spectacular sea views our retreat home is the perfect place to relax and recharge. And it’s right next to the coastal path, just 10 minutes walk from the beach.

Your yoga classes will be a mix of vibrant vinyasa flow and deeply relaxing yin/restorative yoga. Morning classes will be fluid, dynamic and invigorating to leave you energised and glowing. The late afternoon classes will be slow, calming and rejuvenating. You’ll float out of these classes feeling so revitalised and relaxed.

There are 2 stunning spaces for yoga at our retreat home; a warm, light and spacious living room with spectacular sea views and outside on the terrace in the sunshine. Over the retreat there will be 8 yoga classes.
Classes are suitable for all levels from total beginners.

Wake up slowly to the sound of the ocean, put the kettle on and take in the awesome ocean view.
8.00am
Unroll your yoga mat for a feel-good vinyasa flow yoga class with ocean views. Expect creative, fun and flowing sequences to fill you with energy for the day ahead.
9.30am
Time for a beautiful breakfast! Sit around our breakfast bar and tuck in to bircher muesli, fruit and coconut yoghurt, homemade banana bread or avocado toast whilst you chat about your exciting plans for the day.
10.30am
Throw on your back pack and fill up your water bottle – it’s time to go! Walk straight out of the beach house and on to the coastal path for a 6 mile walk, past beautiful beaches, wildflowers, through idyllic villages and over fields. Pause to take pictures of the incredible views and breathe in the fresh sea air.

We’ll stop for lunch at a gorgeous cafe, tea room, pub or restaurant enroute, or we’ll sit on the cliff top and eat our packed lunches whilst watching the waves and looking out for dolphins.
3.00pm
Free time to relax at our beautiful beach house or explore the local area. Stay in and curl up on the sofa with a sea-view, read on the terrace, soak in a hot bath or have a massage. Still feeling active? Head to the beach, take a refreshing dip in the sea, wander around town or go for a surf!
5.00pm
Stretch out and unwind after your walk with a slow and soothing yin and restorative yoga class. You’ll rest in rejuvenating poses that will help you to feel calm and relaxed. You’ll release tension and tightness in your body, let go of stress and enjoy slowing down and taking time for yourself.
7.30pm
Take a seat at our beautiful dining table for a vegetarian feast. Share delicious dishes like Sri Lankan curry, chocolate bean chilli with guacamole or spring salads of new potato, asparagus and peas with wild garlic pesto. Chat about all the fun things you’ve done today and what you’re excited about for tomorrow. Then enjoy your favourite herbal tea with a sweet treat like a raw brownie or slice of vegan ‘cheesecake’.
Before you fall in to a deep sleep in your super comfortable bed, step outside, look up and be astounded by the incredible starry night sky above you.
Nestled between Padstow and Newquay, on the coastal path and minutes from the beach, our retreat home is perfectly located to experience some of Cornwall’s most beautiful beaches and picturesque towns.
On our walks we’ll explore the Atlantic coast and take in some of Cornwall’s most spectacular views. Highlights include Watergate Bay, Porthcothan, Holywell Bay, Fistral Beach and many more incredible areas.
Just a short walk away from our retreat home are the amazing Bedruthan Steps, an area which holds Dark Sky Status, making it a perfect stargazing spot. And there are 2 incredible hotel spas within easy walking distance if you’d like to book a spa day!

Thinking of coming on your own? Brilliant!! This retreat is perfect for you and we always have lots of solo travellers on our retreats. You can choose to book your own private room or a place in a shared twin room with one other guest (just be quick as there are only a couple of twin rooms available).
Our beach house is just 5 minutes from Newquay airport. You can get a direct flight from London (45 mins), Birmingham (65 mins) or Manchester (65mins) and flights start from £30 each way!
Pop 'Mawgan Porth, Newquay' in to your Sat Nav or Google Maps to see what your journey will look like. There's a nice big car parking space ready for you at our retreat home.
Catch a train to Newquay, then jump in a taxi to take you the final 15 minutes out to our retreat home right by the sea.

I find hiking the Cornish coastline so energising and revitalising – all that fresh sea air, the exercise, the chance to switch off from technology, to be outside and beside the ocean, it’s unbeatable!
The beauty of Cornwall totally inspires and astounds me..the wildflowers, the birds, the jagged cliffs and the vast stretches of glistening white sand beside a vast ocean, there’s just so much to appreciate and enjoy. I’m thrilled to be able to share my favourite hikes and their unbelievable views, with you, as well as some of my favourite cafes, restaurants and local produce.
