23 Feb Yoga Music Playlist for February 2016
Yoga Music Playlist: February 2016
I love to play music in my classes and on my retreats and I don’t mean just traditional instrumental ‘relaxation’ music. Putting together an uplifting, inspiring and sometimes surprising yoga music playlist for my Vinyasa Flow yoga classes is one of my favourite things to do.
I love to practice and teach yoga with music. In my own practice I find it inspires me to be creative and move with more ease and fluidity. It also helps me to focus, relax and feel good. Often it just makes me smile and tap my yogi toes too.
Here is the yoga music playlist I’m using in class this month. Do listen to it, use it to inspire you in your yoga practice, or just put it on in the background while you’re making dinner!
Now it’s your turn – I’d love to hear from you – comment below and let me know what your favourite track from this yoga music playlist is. (My favourites are Love is Blind for slow sun salutations and Slow Down for sitting, eyes closed, and just breathing. Plus Wonder for pure feel-good factor!)
Enjoy,
Sarah

Posted at 08:42h, 26 FebruaryJen – really kind of you to share this with everyone :). My fav is ‘Slow Down’. I play very different music in my practice (anugama/yoga moods/slow jazz)…but it’s great to hear variation. Thanks Jen! xx
