Yoga for Your Hamstrings: A 25 Minute Yoga Class to Stretch Your Legs
Stretch out those tight muscles in the backs of your legs with this 25 mins for your hamstrings yoga class! You’ll move slowly through the best yoga poses to help you release tightness and tension in your hamstrings and increase your flexibility.
Be amazed at the difference 25 minutes of yoga makes as you compare your flexibility in forward fold at both the beginning and end of the class. You’ll feel rested, relaxed and energised after this class thats suitable for all levels.

My husband and I went to a half vinyasa, half yin class at our local studio, then came home and just did your hamstring class. Loved it! Thanks for posting it….a definite difference in my forward folds from the beginning (just pads of my fingers on the ground) to the end (whole palms down!). Thank you again from Nashville! XXX
