Relaxing and Soothing Yoga Class to Melt Away Stress

This is such a calming and comforting 30 minute yoga class…

Treat yourself to a gentle, soothing yoga practice that will help you unwind and feel relaxed. Move slowly through a series of dreamy poses for your hamstrings, hips and back.

Focus on breathing deeply, slowing down and taking the time to truly care for yourself.

The class ends in savasana, your final relaxation pose, so that you can spend as long as you like resting and relaxing. Set a timer if you need to and aim for at least 5 minutes or longer if you have time.
