07 Aug Slow Flow Yoga: A 20 Minute Online Yoga Class
I have such a wonderfully relaxing yoga class for you to try this week!
This 20 minute class is filled with gentle yoga poses and slow stretches to release tension and tightness in your neck, shoulders and upper back.
It’s the perfect practice to do in the evening or any time you want to slow down, relax and let go of stress.
This class is part of one of my online slow flow yoga classes which I teach every week.
These 60 minute classes happen live via zoom or you can get the recording to practice at any point in the week.
