12 May The Perfect Yoga Playlist for Spring
The Perfect Yoga Playlist for Spring
Listen to this yoga playlist of beautiful songs to feel uplifted and energised this Spring.
The right yoga playlist can be just the motivation you need to step on to your yoga mat. It can inspire you to move with more freedom, creativity and fluidity in your yoga practice. It can spark greater strength and focus within you when holding a pose and it can transport you in to a place of such deep relaxation and calm.
This playlist is designed for a 1 hour Vinyasa Flow style yoga practice. It starts slowly, building to faster, more upbeat songs in the middle, before winding back down towards your final relaxation. Perfect for Spring when your energy levels are beginning to rise, this playlist has a balanced mix of songs to inspire both gentle movement and a stronger, faster, more heat building flow too.
Try just pressing play and seeing how the music inspires you to move on your mat. Or listen to it while you practice this Feel Good Flow class. And if you prefer to practice in silence put this playlist on while you relax, read, write or cook instead!
Now I’d love to hear from you in the comments section below. What’s your favourite song on this playlist? Leave a comment and let me know. I’m excited to read which ones you like most!

Posted at 13:03h, 13 MayAbsolutely love this playlist. The songs really do take me to my ‘happy place’ i.e doing an early morning Vinyasa flow class, overlooking the Sierra Nevada. And glad to see that you even managed to put a bit of ‘Rag n Bone’ man in there :). As with all your playlists, you also have introduced me to new artists and songs that otherwise I would not have discovered. So thank you for sharing x
